 ALL classes are offered at Studio One Fitness, located at 10 Falconer Drive, Unit #7 in Mississauga/Streetsville

Yin Yoga

Yin Inspired Yoga is slow-paced class, poses (asanas) are held for longer periods of time between 3-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. All poses are seated or reclined.   **Open to all levels**   Offered: Tuesday March 19 @ 6:15pm to 7:15pm and Thursday June 27 @ 7:15pm to 8:15pm

 HIIT & Flow

HIIT & Flow combines flowing yoga with an effective blend of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for an all-around heart pumping workout.  Warm up your body by flowing with several rounds of Sun Salutations, then move to a 30 minute interval training workout that combines cardio, weights and core.  Finishing the class with a much needed stretch and a relaxing savasana.   **Open to all levels**  Offered: Thursday April 18 @ 6:00pm to 7:00pm

 Reiki Restorative Yoga

Join Mary for a 60 minute Reiki Restorative yoga class.  In this specialized class, students will hold traditional restorative yoga poses and receive Reiki therapy which is performed by Mary!  Space is limited to 8 individuals per class.  Please register in advance to reserve your spot.   **Open to all levels** Offered:  Thursday May 9 @ 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Goddess Yoga

Goddess Yoga means to invoke the Goddess, visualize the Goddess, identify with the Goddess and realize the Goddess within oneself. To visualize and to meditate on the Goddess awakes the energy of healing, happiness and enlightenment (Kundalini energy). This class will take you on a journey on how to embrace your body and experience a connection with your inner Goddess. **Open to all levels**  Offered:  Wednesday May 29 @ 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Core Yoga

Lotus Yoga’s Signature Core Class! The core is your symbolic center of power. In this deep core strengthening class you will be lead through a powerful flow of abdominal exercises designed to strengthen the core. Bringing energy and awareness to your core, abdominals, back muscles as well as improve your posture. Be prepared to rock those abs!  **Open to all levels**          Offered:  Thursday June 13 @ 6:30pm to 7:15pm
